We meet on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday morning of each month (in the Hospitality Area) during the school year from 9:30 to 11:30am. The annual registration cost is $30 which includes childcare and all the needed resources and materials.
MOCHA Decaf is for our working moms! We will meet three times during the year: Monday, October 7, February 10, and May 11 from 6:00 - 8:00 PM. The yearly dues for MOCHA Decaf is $15, this includes dinner at each meeting, crafts, and limited childcare based on need. Working or not - all moms are welcome to MOCHA Decaf!
The pastoral staff will be preaching a series on cults on Wednesday nights beginning September 4th. What is a cult and what are some characteristics of a cult? We'll be answering these questions as we look at several popular cults and compare them to the truth of Scripture.
Centershot is an archery ministry for ages 8 and up. Meetings consist of target practice and Bible studies. The focus of Centershot is to "Make Christ the Target of our Life." "Surviving the Holidays" Seminar-Sunday, October 27 - The Crossway GriefShare ministry will host the video workshop "Surviving the Holidays." The afternoon seminar will provide some practical steps for successfully coping with the upcoming holiday season for those who have suffered loss. Fall Senior Adult Banquet-November 1, 6:00 PM - Come enjoy an evening of celebration of God's blessings at "Let Freedom Ring" the Fall Senior Adult Banquet.It will be held on Friday, November 1 at 6:00 PM in the student center gym with a delicious meal followed by the riveting testimony of 9/11 survivor Sujo John. The banquet is free, but reservations must be made by completing the "Registration" section on the bulletin insert. Registration deadline is October 20.
Join us November 2 - 3 for “A Church on It’s Knees” presented by the Crossway Student Choir. Dinner will be provided Saturday, November 2 at 5:15 pm and games until the performance at 7 PM. The performance on November 3rd will be during our regular Sunday evening service at 6:00 PM.

This is DNow 2019! Happening Friday, Nov. 15 & Saturday, Nov. 16. It will be a time to connect with other students and leaders as we make an intentional effort in our walks with God. Our theme is Genesis: Beginning. The cost is $25 and includes lodging, 2 meals, and transportation. Register below!
Lodging: Students will be staying in host homes on Friday night.
Food: Breakfast and lunch on Saturday are provided as well as snacks on Friday evening.
Activities: On Saturday, the students will be going to Wolfe Mountain Snowflex Park in Branson. Please dress appropriately for the weather.

Dan Elliott of SkyWord Sports Ministries is hosting a FREE basketball clinic for students ages K5-8th grade in the Student Center Gym on Saturday, October 12, from 9am-1pm. This is a wonderful opportunity for students interested in playing Upward basketball, but all are welcome even if you are unable to join us for the upcoming season. We believe a strong church is a church that prays. Throughout the year we give the men of Crossway an opportunity to come together and spend time praying for our church and for each other.
We want to invite you to join a time of strengthening as you can share your prayer requests and lift up others in prayer. The cost is $3 and first time guests eat free.
Join us October 4th from 6p-9p in the Student Center Gym @ Crossway Baptist Church for an exciting night of laser tag! The cost is $10 per person, and includes the laser tag and pizza. Middle school boys and their father (or any other adult male role model in their lives) are invited to attend.
Join us September 13 - 14 for a weekend retreat where we will dive into God’s word and learn practical steps for daily living. You and your girlfriends can enjoy time away to refresh and renew at the Radisson Hotel in Branson.
The cost is $75 per person. Cost is based on 2 people per room and each room includes two queen size beds. Breakfast will be served in the hotel restaurant.

Parking will be available just outside the south entrance of the student center gym. If you did not preregister, you still can come! Check in at the registration table at 1:30!
Our class-clash and color war is back! Last year the leaders took the prize and it’s all a conspiracy! Let’s not let that happen again! This is a free event that will test your team spirit and the strength and ability of your class for the new school year! Lunch will be provided along with fun and games and of course, some color powder to end the afternoon!
Remember to wear your class colors and bring the appropriate cover-ups (towel, trash bag, etc.) for clean up at the end of the event.

Join us for a day at Treasure Lake in Branson, MO. Our high school students will be able to hangout and enjoy a day in the sun. Transportation/admission is free but students/friends need to register by Wednesday, August 21st as space is limited.
The 2019 Beast Feast will be Friday, August 23, 2019 at 6:30 PM in the Student Center Gym. Crossway men and boys will enjoy great giveaways and a seafood feast. Special guest speakers will be Hall of Fame Pro Fisherman Jimmy Houston and Bob Reccord. Tickets are $20.00. Registration is open until August 5.
The pastor will be preaching a series on the book of Song of Solomon on Sunday nights beginning August 4th. God uses Song of Solomon as a guideline to handle one of the most important relationships we will ever have: of a husband and a wife. As we study together, we will see how a couple can live in a way which honors and brings glory to God and also brings intimacy and deep connection to one another.
Ready or not here comes high school! We want to welcome all our incoming freshmen with a weekend just for them! This will be an opportunity for our students to get to know Luke and Kaitlyn as well as an introduction into the high school student ministry. Any/all new freshmen are welcome to this event! It is free but we do ask for registration below.
The dates are Friday & Saturday, Aug. 2 & 3. Drop off will be at Crossway at 6p on Friday and pickup will be at Crossway at 2p on Saturday. We’ll kick things off with dinner/pool party at Westport pool and then a lock in at the church. Saturday will start with breakfast and then a time of Bible study, games, and hanging out! We’ll conclude our weekend with an introduction to student leadership as well as lunch before pickup at 1:30p.
Families are welcome to visit their child's new classroom and meet their AWANA and Bible Fellowship teachers to discuss the upcoming year of learning together. There will also be a photo booth set up for families to take part in our KidZone Spotlight Series. Crossway senior adults will travel to rural Miller, MO and eat lunch at the Hangar Kafe, which overlooks an active airfield. We will leave from the church at 11:45 AM on the church shuttles and return by 5:00 PM. You can reserve a spot by contacting Karen Bisher at 865-7311. Reservation deadline is July 15 or whenever limited seating is filled. Cost of the lunch buffet is $14.99 per person.
Crossway is once again partnering with Operation Christmas Child to pack 1,000 shoeboxes for children in unreached countries. For this summer project, please pick up a shopping list at the OCC table and return items by August 11.
This year the High School ministry gets the opportunity to partner with Pastor Jesse Webster and Sugar Camp Baptist Church as they replant in the heart of Mt. Vernon, IL. Our students will help Sugar Camp reach the area through VBS style backyard Bible clubs, prayer walking, gospel distribution. We hope to finish up the week with a block party. We will also participate in evening worship services of preaching, prayer, and praise.

4th & 5th graders, join us for a Day at the Range at the Andy Dalton Shooting Range (located on the Bois D'Arc Conservation Area) on Tuesday, July 2. Students will meet at the church at 8 a.m. and return by 12:45 p.m. Registration is free and will be open from June 9 - June 27.

K-2nd Graders (2018-19 school year), join us for a lock-in Friday, June 14 (4:30 PM) - Saturday, June 15 (12:30 PM). This year's theme is "Glow with God!" Prov. 4:18. $40 registration includes food, activities, swimming (Westport Swimming Pool), and FUN! Limited to the first 40 that register.
As fathers, you are often your daughter's greatest hero and one of the greatest influences in their lives. On Sunday, June 9, we want to encourage you with a special father/daughter lunch in the Student Center Gym. We will begin at 12:30pm and you can expect the event to end around 2:00pm.
The cost is $5 per person and you can register online until May 30.
This summer we will be exploring the attributes of God through story, craft, and playtime from 10:00-11:00 AM each Wednesday morning in the KidZone Gym. Please register so we can plan accordingly. Registration will begin May 19 and close June 3, and there is no cost for this event.
