All 4th graders are invited to join us for pizza and bowling on Friday, February 22! Only $5 per student. We will meet in the KidZone Gym at 6pm to eat pizza, and then shuttle over to Chez Ami Lanes (formerly Lighthouse Lanes). Students can be picked up at the church at 8:30pm.
This training is for all KidZone volunteers and includes breakfast, worship, message, two customized break-out sessions, games, and prizes! Register by February 17th to receive a FREE t-shirt and breakfast. All registrations after this date will be $10.
Preschool-aged children will travel the "narrow road" to discover a variety of activities as they cruise the church hallways and KidZone Gym. Families will need to bring a ride-on toy (not battery operated) such as a stroller, cozy coupe, small bike, scooter, etc.
Crossway Senior Adults will attend the Spring Jubilee in Branson, Missouri, April 8-10. The conference will feature the preaching of Dr. Johnny Hunt of FBC Woodstock, Georgia and Dr. Robert Jeffress of FBC, Dallas, Texas. Music will be provided by the Dixie Melody Boys, Dino, Karen Peck and New River, the Gaither Vocal Band and others.
We are returning to KC for READY19 as well as a concert featuring nobigdyl at Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. The cost is $60/student and includes the conference, transportation, lunch on Saturday and lodging. Meal money is needed for students for dinner on Friday night and a pit stop break on our return trip home ($15-20 is recommended). There will also be resources and items available for sale at the conference.
All 3rd graders are invited to join us for a fun and educational outing at the Discovery Center on Saturday, January 19. Only $5 per student. We will meet at the church at 1:45pm and shuttle over together. Students can be picked up at the church at 5pm.

Christian Life Studies offer a place where you can connect with other believers and explore various topics that will help in your walk with Christ. Classes begin on Wednesday, September 16 at 6:30pm. The length of each class and cost will vary.

Our High School Ministry will be serving at Freeway Ministries on Saturday, Jan. 12. We will be helping serve food, with childcare, the youth study, and participating in worship. This project runs from 4:30-7:30pm.
Transportation is not provided for this event. Students can be dropped off and picked up at Freeway (739 West Talmage).
GriefShare is a special weekly seminar and support group designed to help people after the death of a loved one. The weekly meetings begin Thursday, January 10 and continue into early April. The meetings are 6:30 to 8:30pm in the Pastor's Reception room. Cost for the seminar and workbook is $20.

Crossway Senior Adults will travel to Lebanon, MO to eat at a local favorite, Dowd's Catfish House. Shuttle buses will leave from the church at 4pm.
There is no cost to attend this event. We will order off the regular menu and pay for our own meals.
The "Surviving the Holidays" seminar will be Sunday, October 28 from 2:00PM - 4:00PM in the Pastor's Reception Room. The free seminar provides practical steps for coping with the holidays for those who have suffered loss.

There’s nothing like the bond between father and son. Our Father/Son Night is the perfect time to spend quality time with your student and have a blast at So Go Airsoft.
Transportation to SoGo will be provided and will be departing from the South Parking lot of the church at 6pm. You can meet at So Go in Ozark by 6:25pm if needed. Dinner is provided and we will return to the church around 9:30pm.
All participants must have a completed waiver filled out. You can print the waiver and bring it with you, or you can fill it out at So Go the night of the event.
The cost is $10 per person and the deadline to register is Wednesday, October 17.
Students are not required to bring a parent/guardian with them in order to attend.
Our Parent-Child Dedication is held twice a year for parents that are members of Crossway with children under the age of two. There will be a special time of recognition during both the 9:30 and 11:00am worship services on Sunday, October 14 as an opportunity for you to dedicate yourselves to raise your child in a home centered on Jesus Christ.
The deadline to sign up for this event is Sunday, October 7.
It’s that time of year when hayrides, bonfires, pumpkin patches and the holidays really start to kick off and life gets busy, but we know that the Fall Festival at Crossway is a family tradition for so many of you.
This year, we’re doing even more and your kids won’t be able to stop talking about how much fun they had! For you, you’ll always remember getting your kids into their costumes, walking around to the different Bible trunk or treat skits, and seeing the look of excitement on your their faces when they come off the inflatables.
While we want everyone to have fun, we know that the most important part is sharing Jesus with our kids and families in our community. That's why we want you to take part in inviting at least one family to join you this year. Invite them on social media, give them a call, hand them an invite card or do it all!
We can't wait to see you, your family and your friends on Saturday, October 13 at Crossway. Stop by anytime from 11am - 2pm and make sure you stay a while and enjoy lunch. The event is free and everyone is welcome to attend! We hope to see you there!

Students will make their way to the Student Center Gym following the evening service. Parents can expect this event to end at 9pm.
The Crossway Men's Ministry is starting a new Jiu-Jitsu class on Monday nights from 6:30-8:00pm beginning on September 10. This class is for ages high school to adult.
The class will meet in the Student Center at Crossway Baptist Church
There is a cost of $25 a month. Payment will need to be received on or before the first class. You can pay with cash or checks made payable to "Crossway Baptist Church"

Join up with your tribe for a night of fun and war! Crossway Baptist Church is hosting a back to school night class-clash and color war! This event will test your team spirit, the strength and ability of your grade and will help you flourish some new friendships!
The event will also include food, fun, giveaways, and ends with a powder war of epic proportions!
Please remember the appropriate materials (towels, trash bag, etc.) to clean yourself up as you leave the premises that evening.

MOCHA (Mothers of Crossway Helping One Another) is a ministry designed to help moms of all ages and stages connect with each other. We do this by providing the opportunity for support, encouragement, and fellowship through Christ-centered discussions and interactions.
We meet on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday morning of each month (in the Hospitality Area) during the school year from 9:30 to 11:30am. The annual registration cost is $30 which includes childcare and all the needed resources and materials.

Crossway is filling 1000 shoeboxes with fun items, to send around the world into dark places so that children can learn about Jesus as their savior.
How You Can Help
If you have not had an opportunity to participate through a Bible Fellowship class or want to do more, there are a few different ways you can help:
- Shop for one or more of the assigned items
School Supplies: 20-30 boxes of crayons/scissors; 10-15 packs of pencils/pens; 20-30 spiral notebooks (70 page .25 at Walmart)
Clothing: Boy's underwear size 10-12; toddle 2-4t
Any items collected should be placed at the OCC Table by Sunday, August 12.
- If you're unable to shop for the items or would like to help with additional funds, you can place your gift in one of the OCC labeled envelopes found at the OCC table. Place the envelope in the offering when collected or drop it off at the Resource/Connect Desk. Please make any checks payable to Crossway Baptist Church.
- Prayerfully consider how many shoeboxes you wish to sponsor (a suggested donation of $13 will cover all items in a shoebox). A gift of any amount will be welcomed and appreciated!
There will be a packing Party on Thursday, August 16 at 6pm in the Student Center Gym. This will be a time where we pack all the items collected into shoeboxes and pray over the boxes – that God would bless the work done and use them to reach children with the gospel.
Join us for a day at Treasure Lake in Branson, MO. Our high school students will be able to hangout and enjoy a day in the sun before school begins. Transportation/admission is free but students/friends need to sign up by Wednesday, August 8.
• Students need $10 - $20 for lunch and snacks.
• Students are welcome to bring fishing poles and supplies for fishing.
• ID is required to rent shuffleboard equipment, basketballs, tennis, etc.
• Students will have access to an indoor/outdoor pool, basketball, sand volleyball, tennis, shuffleboard, fishing, and putt-putt.
• Students are also welcome to bring quarters for the mini arcade.
• No leggings.
• No spaghetti straps.
• Sleeveless shirts/tank tops must be 3 finger length
• No cut-out shirts allowed
• All shorts must meet fingertip length.• Ladies should wear swimsuits (one or two-piece) along with a dark colored t-shirt and shorts at the appropriate finger-tip length for water activities.
• Guys should wear a swimsuit with a cover-up (t-shirt, tank-top).
Our AWANA Clubs will begin meeting again on August 5th.
AWANA is one of the world's leading ministries to reach children for Christ. AWANA offers opportunities for your child to grow spiritually through Scripture memorization and a basic understanding of biblical principles and doctrines as well as have lots of fun! We have clubs for children aged 2 by August 1, 2018 through 5th Grade.
Registration is required. Yearly fees are $10 and will be due at the time of registration.
