Beth Atchison

Ministry Leadership Women’s Ministry Director bethatchison@crosswaybc.org

Beth joined our staff as the Women’s Ministry Director in July 2019. She has been a member of Crossway since 2008 and plays keyboard in the praise band.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and a Master’s degree in Church Ministry. Before joining the Crossway staff, Beth served in leadership roles with nonprofit and higher education organizations. In addition to her ministry work, Beth is an advocate for vulnerable communities, serving on the Greene County Domestic Violence Board and working with the Missouri Baptist Convention.

Beth is passionate about Bible literacy and helping women develop confidence in studying God’s Word firsthand. She believes many women are hungry for the Word but often feel unsure of how to approach Scripture or intimidated by it. She desires to encourage women to become grounded in a personal knowledge of God’s truth.

Beth married her husband, Mike, in November 1991. They have two adult children, Justin and Mikayla. Mikayla and her husband, Bryce Wilson, have three children. In her free time, Beth enjoys music, baseball games, and trips to the beach.
