Victim Center
Provide victims with support, comfort and resources during the aftermath of a crime – requires two time periods per month to be on-call from home during evenings and weeks.

Big Brothers Big Sisters
Big Brothers Big Sisters pairs up children facing adversity with professionally screened kind, caring, and fun adults. We put these friendships together and professionally support them for at least a year.

Foster Adopt Connect/Sammy’s Window
Our office in Springfield, MO, houses team members from a wide variety of programs including prevention, intervention, and support services. Our Sammy’s Window clothing closet and food panty also makes deliveries to foster families in neighboring communities, ensuring they have what they need to parent well.

Ambassadors for Children

An outreach ministry of the Council of Churches of the Ozarks, working to restore dignity to local youth in foster care.  Their services include: Kids Closet Boutique, Foster Support, Prom Closet, Christmas. AFC needs volunteers to assist in mobile clothing distributions and with inventory and to assist guests with selecting items.

Cherish Kids

Cherish Kids collaborates and partners with local and state agencies as well as community groups to make a difference in the lives of children. They have a three-fold mission:

Raising awareness of the needs of children in crisis locally, statewide, and around the world,

Offering resources to families and individuals by providing credible information and guidance,

Providing support by assisting children in crisis with essential needs and providing financial, emotional, and spiritual support to families and individuals in their effort to foster and adopt.

The Village: Foster/Adoption Ministry

Sons and Daughters Adoption and Foster Care Ministry is a place for families and individuals answering the call to adopt, foster, or those who want to help support others who are fostering or adopting.

We welcome those that are considering adoption, those who are waiting in process, or those that have completed the adoption process domestically, internationally, or through kinship placement. We also welcome those who have fostered or are currently fostering children.
