Josh joined the Crossway staff as the Student Ministry Associate in June of 2025 after previously serving as an intern with the Crossway Youth Department in 2021 and again from 2023–2025. He graduated from Mission University with a Bachelor of Science in Pastoral Studies, where he also played baseball all four years. He is currently pursuing his Master of Divinity through Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.

Josh married his wife, Noelle, in September of 2025. Together they enjoy going on drives and making trips to Buc-ee’s. In his free time, Josh enjoys fishing, turkey hunting, and spending time in the gym.

Josh looks forward to helping shape the church of today and future generations with the Word of God through preaching, teaching, and discipleship. He is committed to seeing students and families grow in biblical maturity and faithfully follow Christ in every season of life.
