Dr. Wesley Vance serves as the Executive Pastor at Crossway Baptist.Prior to serving at Crossway, Pastor Wesley served as the Founding Pastor of Fellowship Kansas City Lenexa Baptist Church and owned a regional insurance agency specializing in employee compensation packages. He holds a Bachelor Degree from Baylor University and a Masters and Doctorate from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He has served churches in Texas, Missouri, and Kansas. Pastor Wesley combines the heart of a pastor with the practical experience of a business leader.

He and his wife, Amy, have been married since 2001 and have two children, Addison and Owen. Together, it is their goal to see the gospel flourish around the world in this generation.
